Rental Conditions
Reading the following conditions and acceptance is necessary in order to rent
1. Reservation of the luxury apartments
a. The reservation of the luxury apartments is by booking form.
b. Booking confirmation is via e-mail within 24h
c. In the period, not longer than 7 days, the Customer makes a downpayment of 30% of the full price on an account indicated in the booking mark and the mail confirming the booking.
d. The confirmation of the booking is an offer to lease the apartments at the same time.
e. The booking confirmation on our party means acceptance of the offer which results in renting the apartment.
f. In case of no downpayment in the period established by both parties, we have the right to withdraw from the agreement.
g. The remaining amount of payment, the Customer pay on an account or by cash in the day of the arrival. The downpayment is in the total amount.
h. The minimum length of stay is 4 days.
i. On the day of arrival, the Customer pays the deposit of EURO 150 towards possible devastation and damages. The deposit is returned ,if any devastation or damages did not occur, in the day of departure.
2. The arrival and departure of the customers.
a. The Customers are expected after 13.00.
b. On the last day, the Customer should leave the apartment up to 10.00. Handing over the keys and receipting the apartment always take place in the apartment after earlier arrangements.
c. There is possibility of setting more suitable hours.

3. Regulations of the stay
a. Number of people allowed in the apartment: 2 adults and 2 children.
b. Animals are not allowed in the apartment.
c. The Customer is obliged to respect the rules and regulations, owners’ goods, widely accepted principles and regulations of the public order, in particular keeping quiet hours from 22 to 7. In case of exceeding the number of people in the apartment, devastation or breaching law and order, we have a right to terminate the agreement immediately without reimbursing the expands of the stay.
d. The Customer is obliged to keep the apartment safe i.e. closing the door thoroughly, keep keys so the outsiders don’t have access to them.
e. The Customer should inform the owner immediately in case of having any reservations about the apartment’s conditions.
f. The earlier departure is not considered to be the ground for full or half refund.
g. There is smoking ban in the apartments.
h. If losing the key, the Customer has a full responsibility and must pay EURO 15.
4. Resignation or no arrival. Change of conditions of the agreement.
a. Any information about changes or resignation must be written or send via e-mail.
b. If Customer do not arrive or there is no contact with him/her, on the arrival day the apartment is on vacancy until the next reservation on following day.
c. We have the right to withdraw from the agreement or to offer another apartment if the one rented cannot be used (force majoure). If the apartment offered by the owners does not meet Customer’s expectations, the Customer has the right to the withdrawal from the agreement and the downpayment will be returned.
d. In case of disputes which might be the result of the agreement, both parties will aim for amicable settlement. In case of lack of agreement, the decision will be reached by the court of general jurisdiction.
e. Personal data of the Customer will be properly protected and only with Customer’s permission used by our company, just for needs of the service delivery according to the Act 29 August 1997 about the protection of personal data.
f. Any complaints towards the luxury apartments should be written or send via e-mail. The complaint will be considered within 30 days.
g. Other lawsuits will be regulated by Civil Code and Acts from 29 August 1997 about Tourist services.

5. Privacy Policy
a. By reading, browsing or using http://awalach.wix.com/tenerife-joy service, you accept the principles included in the Privacy Policy. The service reserves the right to make changes in the Privacy Policy.
b. A current Privacy Policy applies to every person using the http://awalach.wix.com/tenerife-joy service in any way whatsoever. Any changes do not influence the following principles: we do not sell or share any personal data and business partners to third parties.
c. If you disagree with the Privacy Policy, we ask you not to visit the http://awalach.wix.com/tenerife-joy.
d. Personal data- while using the http://awalach.wix.com/tenerife-joy service you can be asked to give some your personal details by filling in the form. An activity will be blocked if required data will not be given.
e. Unexpected messages- we reserve the right to send some messages to people whose personal data will be obtained by the booking service. It refers to our offer, non-commercial mails (wishes, information about viruses, personal comments etc.)
f. Cookies- some areas of the http://awalach.wix.com/tenerife-joy service uses cookies, small text files sent to the user’s computer simplifying and discontinuing given operations. The conditions of using cookies are to accept them by the browser and do not remove them from the hard drive.
